- Handling and monitoring litigation related to vehicle defects, product liability, regulatory compliance and other case related to the company.
- Advising on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance
- Protecting copyright infringement, patent violations, and trademark violations.
- Support for Corporate Governance.
- Board of Directors and Shareholders' meeting.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in law with GPA 2.75 or higher.
- Positive attitude, Able to work well under pressure.
- Good command in Computer and English Skill (TOEIC score 500+ is required).
- 2–3 years' experience in-house or Law firm.
- Lawyer license.
- Able to work Minburi BKK.
