- 1. Employee Relations & Company Events
- Manage day-to-day employee relations to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to supervisors and employees on HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee employee clubs, recreational activities, and company events (e.g., merit-making ceremonies, New Year parties, Family’s Day).
- Initiatives and support the company activities to enhance morale, teamwork, and company culture.
2. Transportation & Vehicle Management
- Oversee company transportation operations, including scheduling, routing, and vehicle usage control.
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
- Monitor and make a payment for transportation costs and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
3. Canteen Management
- Oversee and lead operations of the company canteen to ensure efficient and hygienic food service and place.
- Prepare and manage canteen vendors, budgets, expenses, and procurement of supplies.
- Handle employee feedback, complaints, and suggestions regarding canteen services.
4. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall HR operations and company objectives.
