- Solid understanding of learning & development concepts and frameworks (e.g. competency models, learning journeys, 70:20:10, adult learning principles).
- Ability to design end-to-end development solutions (not just single training events), including on-the-job development, coaching/mentoring, projects, and blended learning.
- Proficiency in using data and metrics to diagnose gaps, prioritize initiatives, and evaluate impact.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to challenge and influence managers and leaders constructively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in written and spoken form.
- Good command of English; able to work with international content, tools, or external partners.
- Comfortable working with digital learning tools and platforms (e.g. LMS, online learning, collaboration tools).
