1.Prepare and analyze data related to Complaint & Return issues to identify quality trends and prepare weekly and monthly outgoing quality reports for supervisors
2.Report non-conforming products sent to customers to supervisors, evaluate corrective and preventive actions, and approve inspection reports for returned goods
3.Control and maintain departmental documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 quality system; identify and record non-conforming finished goods/products under ISO 9001, GHP & HACCP, and BRC/IOP standards
4.Handle customer complaints and explain processes, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
5.Prepare operational plans, set KPI goals, and perform tasks to meet departmental and company objectives
