HR Manager (1 Position)
Base Location : Head Office
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources strategies and ensure compliance with employment laws. This senior role requires a proactive individual with a proven record of driving employee success.
Job Descriptions :
- Manages and monitors the HR functions within the company in order to achieve company objectives and goals, and to support company development.
- Analyst and manage all HR activities including recruitment& compensation, welfare & benefits, Thai labor law, performance evaluation, and training arrangement.
- Provide operational support and professional expertise on all personnel matters within the organization, ensuring compliance to the local legal requirements, ethical standards and best practices
- Provide recommendations as business partner to line managers about related HR tasks for achievement of business objectives
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Political Science, Social Science, Human Resource, or related field.
- At Least 10 Years in HRM , HRD Familiar with factory environment will be advantage.
- Familiar with of Labor Laws.
- Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good in English.
- Computer literacy
- Working Day : 5 Days Per Week - (Mon-Fri)
