หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch of goods.

- Ensure all warehouse activities are performed according to SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and customer-specific requirements.

- Coordinate manpower planning, task allocation, and work schedules to meet operational targets.

- Ensure proper handling of food ingredients to prevent damage, contamination, or quality loss.

- Control stock rotation practices (FEFO / FIFO) in coordination with QA/QC requirements.

- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, and proper zoning (raw material, finished goods, rejected goods).

- Monitor storage conditions including temperature, humidity, and overall warehouse environment.

คุณสมบัติ

- Age :28-35 years old.

- Education :Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field.

- Year of experience :At least 3 years experienced in QA/QC in food manufacturing or food warehousing (preferred).

Other qualification:

- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and basic food safety regulations.

- Understanding of warehousing operations and documentation control.

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP/WMS knowledge is a plus).

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 am - 05:00 pm ,

Saturday 09:00 am - 12:00 pm (twice per month) or

Saturday 09.00 am - 16.00 pm (once a month)
