Large account manager

• Lead and manage a sales team, setting clear goals and targets for individual team members, be accountable for the performance of the team and drive growth.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance – including hunting/farming strategies, funnel management, and pipeline management.
• Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base, and build relationships at senior levels of the customer side.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics and forecasts to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Work closely with R&D team to develop products meeting the customers needs and managing the product funnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to the sales team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer acquisition efforts.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of Modern Trade, Industry and QSR channels preferred.
• Passion to drive sales, and at the same time continuously improve the processes and teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
