Assistant Procurement Manager (M&E)
บริษัท อนันดา ดีเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด (มหาชน)- Manage procurement process that needs engineering acumen according to engineering principles for construction and the plan of the construction such as underground / above-ground electrical systems, swimming pool systems, streetlamp posts, elevators, air conditioning, auto parking, etc.
- Manage PO documents before delivery to vendors or contractors.
- Control vendors to deliver quality products/services according to the specified procurement agreement, within the specified budget.
- Inspect any procurement related goods and services for condo, house and service apartment businesses valued at 500,000 Baht or more and present to the Procurement Committee and Head of BU for approval process.
- Validate the procurement agreement with vendors and make recommendation to vendors whose products/services fall short of the agreement.
- Procure vendors, analyze the production capacity of vendors and approve new potential vendors so that they can be evaluated and develop them to become long-term and sustainable vendors.
- Develop, recommend and improve internal processes of procurement team. As well as plan out manpower and workload in the team in accordance with the organization's plan.
- Check the mid-range price and the budget to control project cost.
- Control the budget within the procurement team as planned.
- Department meetings every week to report the progress of assigned tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement function (Real Estate or Construction company will be advantageous).
- Experienced in negotiating for both the terms and prices according to the condition and nature of work.
- Able to use MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SAP and ARIBA.
- Proficient in communicating with both internal and external parties effectively.
- Able to use Autocad to review drawings and basic information within.
- Skilled in following up on tasks and able to advise users on issues related to procurement within the timeline.
