Scope of work
1. Drive Operational Excellence and Cost Efficiency
• Oversee the operations of Share Shop, Service Solution Center, PC Pool Services, and Trade Team activities to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
• Develop and optimize service models and operational processes to maximize resource utilization and control costs within approved budgets.
2. Maximize Financial Performance & Business Growth
• Drive financial results and revenue growth through sales management, customer/partner acquisition, and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Business Development, Marketing teams, and external partners to implement strategies for Share Shop leasing, service operations, and Trade activities.
3. Lead Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem Development
• Plan and manage strategic partnerships with associations, embassies, chambers of commerce, and business allies to support logistics, cross-border payments, and trade services.
• Expand the network of customers and partners domestically and internationally to strengthen the company’s business ecosystem.
4. Develop Innovative Service and Business Models
• Design and implement world-class operational models to enhance buyer and seller engagement and overall service experience.
• Create service solutions that support business development, revenue growth, and operational readiness.
5. Strengthen Customer Experience and Engagement
• Elevate the customer and buyer journey through Share Shop, Service Solution Center, PC Pool, and Trade services.
• Identify and resolve pain points in the customer journey to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
6. Conduct Market Insight and Research
• Collaborate with Marketing and Strategic Business Development teams to conduct market research, identify trends, and develop targeted customer/buyer databases domestically and internationally.
• Identify strategic opportunities to enhance the company’s positioning as a leading Trade & Food Ecosystem service provider.
7. Lead Cross-functional Collaboration for Success
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to launch new services, address operational challenges, and implement integrated solutions.
• Support seamless collaboration across Operations, Business Development, Marketing, and Trade functions.
