Role and Responsibilities
• Seek proactively for talents through sourcing tools, employee referrals, social media and other innovative channels.
• Contact recruitment agencies for job posting and monitor their performance.
• Screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct primary screening processes to shortlist the potential candidates.
• Organize all selection processes.
• Manage employment activities, including candidate offering, salary negotiation, reference checks, employment contract and other paper works.
• Complete recruitment job status report also, input and maintenance of candidate's database.
• Work closely with line managers to ensure that staffing requirements are satisfied on time with cost effectiveness.
• Assist to develop and improve sourcing and hiring procedure to increase efficiency.
