Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and Customers to resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues.
Continuously evaluate and improve collection processes to enhance working capital efficiency.
2. Accounts Payable (AP) Management
Oversee invoice verification, vendor payments, and expense settlements to ensure compliance with financial policies.
Plan and manage cash flow to ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
Review AP Aging Reports, ensure data accuracy in ERP/Accounting systems, and reconcile accounts as required.
Strengthen internal control systems related to disbursement, approval workflows, and tax invoice validation.
3. Internal Control and Financial Reporting
Ensure strong financial internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and audit requirements.
Prepare and present monthly financial summaries and performance reports for management review.
Support both internal and external audit processes by ensuring document readiness and process transparency.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
4. Financial Strategy and Cash Flow Planning
Participate in financial planning and cash flow forecasting to maintain liquidity and operational stability.
Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
Support the implementation of digital or ERP-based financial systems to enhance automation and accuracy.
