• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market price.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of vendors, products and contact information in electronic and digital format.
• Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed.
• Writing a report stating about the project’s progress, its result and outcome and findings.
• Document management and collect statistical data about production cost
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or a related field.
• Male/ Female Age 21-23 years old.
• 0-2 years experiences in Procurement position (New grad also welcome)
• Proficient computer skill, including MS Office.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Attention to detail
• Strong ethics and reliability.
