- Pull out document form related unit system and send encrypt file statement request and other document for customer via email / post mail
- Handle returned mail and follow up acquisition gift / dispute / maintenance.
- To take responsible pass document such as ID. change name certificate, customer personal information for related business unit.
- Supporting and monitoring role in business unit.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related filed.
- Experience in administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
