Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree are acceptable
* 1-2 years of experience in Contact Centre field
* At least 1 year in Banking industry is preferable
* Effective verbal and written communication & listening skill
* Good service mind and positive attitude
* Problem analysis and problem-solving skill
* Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Able to work at UOB Phetkasem (Very close to MRT Phasicharoen)
