Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives.

• Oversee and manage Recruitment, Talent Management, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits functions.

• Manage Employee Relations and serve as the company’s representative in communications with relevant government agencies.

• Provide strategic HR advice to senior leadership and department heads.

• Develop and update policies, procedures, and employee manuals in compliance with labor laws.

• Monitor and analyze People Cost to support budgeting and decision-making processes.

• Travel to provincial branches/factories to support and oversee HR operations in those locations.

• Collaborate with HRBP teams and factory/branch managers to resolve HR issues efficiently.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.

• At least 10 years of experience in HR, with 5 years in a management or senior leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and employee relations practices.

• Experience in manufacturing/branch-based business operations is a plus.

• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.

• Ability to travel frequently to provincial branches/factories, using the company car.

• Proficiency in English and strong computer skills.
