We're on the lookout for a skilled and imaginative individual to take on the role of Personal Branding Specialist – for SENA’s Managing Director (MD). In this exciting position, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and managing content on MD social media channel, shaping a narrative that reflects an individual's unique personal brand.
Brand Storytelling:
- Develop and articulate a compelling personal brand narrative through written and visual or vdo content on social media channel.
- Craft stories that authentically showcase the individual's values, expertise, and unique perspective.
Content Strategy for Personal Brand Growth:
- Devise and execute a content strategy tailored to elevate and strengthen the individual's personal brand.
- Stay abreast of social media trends and algorithm changes to maximize content visibility and impact.
- Ensure that all content aligns cohesively with the individual's personal brand identity.
- Maintain a consistent and authentic tone, visual style, and messaging across all social media content.
Engagement and Community Building:
- Foster meaningful connections and engagement by responding to comments, messages, and connection requests.
- Cultivate an online community that resonates with the individual's personal brand and values.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement levels, and follower growth.
Provide insightful reports to measure the impact of the personal brand strategy and suggest improvements.

- Promote MD’s personal branding through various of media and activities.
- Manage and maintain good relationship between MD and all medias.
