หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบAnalyze and design production processes for maximum efficiency. Minimize waste/defects and enhance the quality of zipper bag products.
Lead Continuous Improvement projects (Lean, VSM, Six Sigma) from problem identification to execution, focusing on increasing productivity and reducing labor dependency.
Manage and optimize multi-line layouts, material flow, rework areas, and space utilization.
Evaluate Cycle Time, Throughput, and Line Balancing across all stages of zipper bag production.
Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP/WI) and ensure quality control of packaging materials.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including OEE, scrap rate, yield, downtime, changeover time (SMED), and overall productivity.
Partner with Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, and QA/QC teams to troubleshoot and implement process upgrades.
Support CAPEX/ROI evaluations for new production lines and packaging systems.
Advocate for Industry 4.0 technologies, such as Automation, Vision Inspection, and MES/ERP integration.
Train and mentor the IE team on analytical tools and improvement methodologies.
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to GMP/ISO standards relevant to packaging.
คุณสมบัติBachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5–10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, specifically in Packaging, Plastics, or high-speed manufacturing.
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Black/Green Belt certification preferred).
Strong proficiency in Data Analysis (Minitab) and experience with MES/ERP systems.
Skillful in Layout Design, Work Study, and Time & Motion Study for packaging lines.
Experience with 24/7 production environments, Changeovers (SMED), and managing high-density labor in packaging areas.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Achieve OEE and productivity targets for zipper bag production lines.
Reduce scrap rates and improve film/zipper yield while maintaining sealing quality.
Increase throughput and reduce lead times within the packaging process.
Deliver process improvement projects on time, within budget, and according to scope.
