หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1) Knowledge and Skits in SMIT Machinery (Core Skills => Printer -> SPI -> Mounter -> Reflow -> AOI)

2) 5MT Quality Knowledge,Understanding defects from the process. Supporting standards/(PC-A 610, ESD control in in the SMIT area)

3) Generate Maintenance document such as MI/WI/ PM Checklists and training document for technicians.

4) Prepare the necessary spare parts list to store and keep the minimum stock to make sure sure NO critical downtime.

5) Team Management and Maintenance, Planning manpower by line and shift, Managing SMT Spare Pars (Feeder, Nozzle, Bell, Motor)

6) Troubleshooting the SMT machine and Assembly line to find out the real root causes on the low yield and high downtime

คุณสมบัติ

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

2. Experience: >5 years

3. Highlight skills/knowledge: if experiences related to SMT, EMS and and Automotive will receive special consideration include IT system, CAD design and understand mechanical drawing and and electrical wiring will be high advantage, KPI and Factory Systems.
