Responsibilities
- Assist with all personal matters. Delivers professional service which may require levels of patience, tact and diplomacy.
- Communicate and work with Personal Assistant, household staff including Maids and drivers to deliver services as needed.
- Assists in unpacking, packing luggages for traveling and the selection and care of his wardrobe (upon request).
- Coordinate small family activities and events.
- Serve meals and pour drinks when necessary.
- Arranges for personal services such as haircutting and styling, manicures, massages, etc.
- Remains immediately available during assigned shifts to respond to needs.
- Handle all the unpredictable personal needs.
- Maintains confidentiality of all personal matters.
- Remain well-groomed at all times.
- Perform any ad hoc admin / duties as required.
- Working at personal residence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Arts, or any related fields.
- At least 5 years of working experience in related fields.
- Good interpersonal skills and works well with all levels.
- Positive attitude and open-minded. Outgoing, polite, courteous, and service oriented.
- Able to multitask and work independently. Excellent in time management and having organization and coordination skills
- Flexible scheduling with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Good communication skills both in Thai and English both verbally and written.
- Be able to travel domestics or oversea upon request.
- Able to provide butler services including but not limited to care of wardrobe.
- Food and beverage knowledge is a plus
