Sales Representative (Real Estate) - Industrial Services - C.I.T. PROPERTY CONSULTANTS COMPANY LIMITED

Your Main Duty

The Sales Representative will produce revenue and profit per budget and quotas of our Industrial Services Department which covering factory, warehouse, industrial estate. This includes actively Lease & purchase of factories, warehouses, utilities, data centers. Build-to-suit site search & partner selection, Lease re-negotiation & restructuring, preparing reports, cross-sell functions, etc.

• Take primary responsibility for all sales activities of industrial sales and leases. This includes negotiations, acquisitions and marketing consultancy in the leasing of space.

• Proactively engage with sales leads, qualify them, and actively manage the sales pipeline.

• Provide timely and accurate proposal and information to customers to meet your sales target.

• Prepare, oversee and review sales reports, forecast, monthly and annual performance reports, etc.

• Monitor and measure individual and department KPI’s and drive improvements.

• Lead and document regular team meetings; weekly, monthly and individual meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in BBA or any other field
• Proficiency in Thai and English.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Proven experience in sales within the industrial related sector.
• Independently manage and close client accounts to meet quota and targets.
• Strong personality, accountability and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge in an industrial property and market
• Advanced understanding in lead generation and management.
