Occupational Health and Safety Manager - บริษัท ไทยโตไกคาร์บอนโปรดักท์ จำกัด

1.Develop and implement EHS policies, annual objectives, action plans and budgets aligned with the plant's business and operational goals.

2.Establish, review and improve EHS management systems, procedures and standards based on the plant's operational risk profile.

3. Monitor legal compliance, maintain a legal compliance register and ensure timely implementation of applicable regulatory requirements.

4.Report on EHS performance, significant risks, incidents, compliance status and improvement plans to management.

5.Review and approve risk assessments and ensure that appropriate control measures are implemented according to the hierarchy of controls.

12.Coordinate occupational health surveillance, appropriate health examinations and exposure control programs with qualified service providers.

13.Ensure appropriate PPE selection, availability, use, maintenance and compliance with applicable requirements.

14.Oversee process safety risk assessments, chemical hazard controls, safe storage and handling, and the management of flammable or hazardous substances

15.Ensure the inspection, testing and maintenance of fire protection systems, alarms, emergency equipment and other critical safety systems.

16.Participate in process safety reviews, startup readiness assessments and safe restart activities following maintenance or modifications.

17.Establish contractor safety requirements, including prequalification, induction, permit-to-work controls, supervision and performance evaluation.

18.Oversee safety during installation, maintenance, construction, demolition and equipment relocation projects.

19.Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and other departments to ensure safe execution of work activities

20.Develop risk-based safety training plans and evaluate training effectiveness.

21.Promote safety engagement, safety observations, near-miss reporting, toolbox talks and continuous improvement initiatives.

22.Develop emergency response and business continuity arrangements, and conduct drills for fire, chemical spills and other credible emergencies.

- Age more than 35 years old

- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Safety Engineering, Engineering or a related field.

- Experience 8–10 years of industrial EHS experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.

- Legally required Thai Safety Officer qualifications and registration, where applicable.

- Good command of speaking and written English.
