• Source new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing ones in China to ensure the most suitable supplier is chosen for each specific enquiry.
• Negotiate the best combination of price and lead time, in accordance with the specifications of the enquiry.
• Integrate indirect costs to provide the landed cost to the sales department, such as transportation costs, re-packing costs, etc.
• Preparing detailed purchase requisitions, issue purchases orders in accordance with the company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
• Liaising with the accounting department for goods received, invoices, and payment requests.
• Liaising with the logistics department for the consolidation option and transport needs.
• Report on Claims of Defective Products.
• Work efficiently with team members and Manager to complete duties as required.

• Thai Nationality (25-38 Years old)
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Previous experience in procurement or related positions are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Chinese language or English. 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of import and export processes.
• Be able to work under pressure and teamwork oriented.(Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage.)(Experience or knowledge in promotional products and corporate gifts will be considered a strong advantage.)
