Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily production operations
- Control production output and scrap to meet quality and efficiency targets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the production process
- Supervise, motivate, and manage production staff
- Ensure production activities comply with company standards and safety requirements
Qualifications
- 0–5 years of working experience (new graduates are welcome)
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- Good communication and task delegation skills
- Basic knowledge of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing processes is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility
- Able to work overtime when required
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
