• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding product quality and technical inquiries.
• Communicate customer requirements and expectations effectively to relevant internal departments.
• Provide professional customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to the company's products and services.
• Offer product guidance and troubleshooting assistance through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online meetings.
• Analyze customer concerns, identify root causes, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical and quality-related issues.
• Monitor customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Review, maintain, and manage documentation related to customer orders, product quality, and delivery.
• Support customer audits, complaint handling, and quality improvement activities as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Customer Quality, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
