Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits to monitor and support land acquisition activities, including the preparation and execution of land lease agreements and related documents, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and compliance with company guidelines.

  • Work closely with the Community Relations team to ensure land acquisition activities are completed within the required timeline.

  • Prepare summary reports, analyze land-related issues, and recommend practical solutions to resolve obstacles effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, Political Science, or other related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in land-related activities.

  • Good knowledge of land laws, land acquisition and leasing processes, and land sale and lease agreements.

  • Strong negotiation, coordination, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to effectively coordinate with landowners, communities, government agencies, and relevant stakeholders.

  • Willing and able to travel and work at project sites in upcountry locations as required.

  • Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.

In this Land Acquisition Officer role, you will play a key part in conducting site visits to monitor and support land acquisition activities.
