Accounting Manager (Regional) - บริษัท เมเจอร์ ซีนีเพล็กซ์ กรุ้ป จำกัด (มหาชน)

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight and guidance for all international accounting functions (Laos/Cambodia), including process enhancements and financial report preparation.

• Lead regional controllers and corporate accounting teams, managing work plans, staffing, project deadlines, and disbursements.

• Collaborate with international accountants to manage and support the monthly accounting close process for international entities.

• Implement and ensure adherence to internal control processes, maintaining and monitoring financial controls and business procedures.

• Supervise year-end statutory audits for international entities.

• Assist the CFO by performing additional accounting, financial, and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in medium to large multinational companies.

• Proven ability to manage multiple international teams remotely.

• Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and solid business acumen.

• Ability to manage innovative ideas and develop creative solutions.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all management levels.

• Highly motivated, reliable, and strategic thinker.

• CPA certification is a plus.

    The Company commenced bowling and karaoke business in 1997 at Sukhumvit with 20 bowling lanes, emphasizing on diversity of services to become complete entertainment complex under the name of “Major Bowl Hit”, provide bowling services in a nature of sports entertainment, which were different from typical form of bowling which emphasized on sports. Major Bowl has a format of blending cosmic bowl with boutique bowl, together with karaoke services to add more options for service users.
