Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Head of Manufacturing Digital Transformation to work closely with the Chief Information Officer in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

Job Summary

As a Head of Manufacturing Digital Transformation, your key tasks include:

·       Define and drive Mega’s Manufacturing Digital Transformation roadmap across all five plants.

·       Drive the evolution of ERP across Manufacturing and Supply Chain, with strong experience in 21 CFR Part 11 / GxP-compliant environments.

·       Improve manufacturing excellence, productivity, OEE, capacity, quality, cost and automation.

·       Lead digital initiatives across MES, Electronic Batch Records, supply chain planning, inventory optimization, production scheduling and operational visibility.

·       Leverage automation, data, analytics and AI to improve manufacturing and supply chain performance.

·       Drive standardization and best practices across plants.

Applications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology is required. MBA or a Master’s in IT/Digital Transformation/Operations is preferred.
• 15–20+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and digital transformation, including leadership roles with full transformation ownership.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale digital initiatives in advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, preferably from leading pharma companies or any related.
• Deep expertise in ERP and MES system implementation, with thorough exposure to 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP compliance standards.

Skills & Knowledge

The ideal candidate is a senior leader equally comfortable with manufacturing processes and technology, possessing strong pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain knowledge along with practical experience across ERP, MES, automation, digital platforms, data, and analytics. You must have a proven track record of leading technology-enabled transformation in advanced pharmaceutical plants, actively working across functions including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and IT. You bring sharp strategic insight, strong problem-solving ability, and an execution-driven mindset to bridge operations and innovation—creating measurable business impact across Mega’s manufacturing ecosystem.
