Responsibilities
- Plan production, manage capacity, and control material to meet production targets and sales demand.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational stability.
- Support cost reduction initiatives and optimize resource utilization.
- Supervise production operators and coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- Gender: Any
- Age: 30-40 years old
- Marital Status: Any
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Science, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in product development
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and production-related software; ERP experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of production planning and control, and Kaizen/QCC methodologies
