Responsibilities
- ดูแลและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับผู้รับเหมา เพื่อสร้างยอดขายให้เติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ผลักดันยอดขายให้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย (KPIs) ที่บริษัทกำหนด ทั้งรายเดือนและรายปี
- สรรหาผู้รับเหมารายใหม่ เพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้า เพิ่มส่วนแบ่งทางการตลาด
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าโครงการหน้างาน และประสานงานแผนการผลิต เพื่อบริหารจัดการสินค้าและการจัดส่ง (Supply Chain) ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดอบรมความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product Knowledge) ให้แก่ทีมงานและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตามสภาวะตลาด เคลื่อนไหวของคู่แข่ง และแนวโน้มราคา เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์และปรับกลยุทธ์การขาย
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดขาย (Sales Performance), ข้อมูลป้อนกลับจากตลาด (Market Feedback) และติดตามสถานะการชำระเงิน (Collection) เสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 2–5 ปี ด้านงานขาย หรือการบริหารช่องทางการขาย (Channel Management) ในกลุ่มธุรกิจวัสดุก่อสร้าง, วัสดุตกแต่งพื้นผิว, สุขภัณฑ์ หรือก๊อกน้ำ
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel ในระดับดี เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการขายและจัดทำรายงาน
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การนำเสนอ และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับเจ้าของธุรกิจได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ และสามารถเดินทางปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบได้
