Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
- To be in charge of Suspension capacity readiness, improvement, Equipment allocation and overall layout.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Suspension line layout and current machine/ equipment location up to date.
- Overall plant layout and CR space improvement.
- STD UPH, Motion and time study.
- Suspension Line balancing.
- Tracking the actual production capacity, KPI and productivity improvement.
- All suspension Machine/ Equipment or Assets control.
- Properly design and prepare Machines or Equipment accessories.
- Productivity and lean improvement.
Qualifications
Education Required:
- Bachelor degree or higher indirect Industrial Engineering.
- Master degree in Industrial Engineering or MBA will be advantage.
- Knowledge in data analysis tools, 7 IE Tool, lean 6 sigma, lean improvement.
- Lean master certificate or Lean six sigma Certificate will be advantage.
Skill Required:
- Human relationship skill is a must.
- ACAD, MS excel advance, Power BI, and MS project skill.
- Suspension and or Electronic work environmental experience is beneficial.
Experience:
- 3-8 years’ experience in Electronic Industrial.
