Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Coordinate and liaise for promotion areas, equipment, and workplace tidiness at counters; handle promotions, training, or other channels for on-counter promotions; manage credit sales orders
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly targets; propose promotional activities to Brand Manager; seek new customer groups; plan activities for E, R, M customer segments; conduct work meetings with Beauty Consultants (BC); inspect counters
- Record sales data and various information every 5 days; forecast sales and report to Brand Manager; summarize sales reports, sales rankings, and other reports for Brand Manager; check customer numbers and GWP stock to report to Brand Manager
- Oversee counters/furniture/promotional equipment; manage overall counter appearance, massage rooms, display images, cleanliness, products, testers, and GWP; prepare display equipment for new or main products; arrange ordering of GWP items for on-counter
- Supervise BCs: manage overall image, appearance, and attire; develop knowledge, thinking, sales skills, and customer management; track BC campaign activities; record BC work schedules monthly; summarize BC working days and overtime for HR department
- Control and verify product orders and stock; monitor ordering of products, testers, and GWP; check BC documents and expense claims; inspect counter stock at least twice per year per counter and report to Brand Manager; control and verify equipment order
- Prepare reports: handle assigned reports or tasks from Brand Manager; report interesting activities or promotions of competitor brands in each department store
Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 28 - 38 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years' experience in Sales (Department channel)
- Working knowledge in FMCG such as luxury cosmetic products, haircare, and healthcare
- English Conversational middle level (email and documents)
- Able to Use MS Office, especially Excel
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience from High-end cosmetics
Language Skill
English level: Conversational
Japanese level: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 08:30-17:00 (Monday - Friday, Flexible Hours start from 07:30 - 10:00 (Working hours: 8 Hrs))
