Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage customer claims, quality problems, and customer quality audits.
- Identify root causes and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Monitor production processes and control non-conforming products.
- Carry out product and process audits.
- Ensure Control Plans, inspection standards, and related documents are properly maintained.
- Stop production when unacceptable products or processes are found and follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 requirements.
- Prepare inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality reports.
- Monitor quality KPIs and analyze defects to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure measuring and testing equipment is properly controlled and calibrated.
- Support quality improvement activities and provide quality awareness training.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and related departments to solve quality problems.
- Attend meetings, follow up on actions, and communicate quality requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years working experience as Quality engineer or QA/QC in automotive manufacturing industry.
- Working experience in Steel, Metal, and aluminum related products.
- At least 2 years management experience to control subordinate in senior level up.
- Working experience in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, internal audit process.
- Able to use quality measurement and inspection instruments. (small tool, vision camera, CMM etc.)
- Conversation middle level of English (For meetings, reports, and presentations)

- English: Conversational
- Japanese: None
