Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate design activities among clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Manage and resolve design-related issues to support project execution.
- Monitor design progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide on-site coordination for architectural, structural, and civil works.
- Support as-built documentation, inspections, and project close-out activities.

- Age 26-40 years
- Male Gender
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture only.
- At least 5 years of working experience in design coordination, design management, or construction projects.
- Strong experience in architectural design coordination for large-scale projects (Main contractor).
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
- Willing to work on-site and work overtime when required.
- Conversational high level in English (Interview in English)
- Autodesk certification or professional engineering/architectural license is an advantage.
