In this Sales Staff role based in Chonburi, you will play a key part in managing sales operations and customer service within the steel/metal manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for conducting marketing data analysis, scheduling customer visits, and providing support to customers who encounter problems or require assistance. Your duties will also include checking inventory levels, adjusting delivery schedules to align with customer orders, and overseeing subcontractors for transportation during deliveries. Furthermore, you will verify raw material costs, prepare cost sheets, monitor inventory, and analyze profit and loss for various companies. Preparing quotations for review and approval by management will also be a core responsibility. Strong conversational English skills are essential for coordinating with the Japanese Managing Director and engaging with customers.
