Responsibilities
- Gather and analyst software requirements from internal users and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external software development vendors to clarify requirements and monitor project progress.
- Review and validate source code, database schemas, API specifications, and technical deliverables.
- Track development milestones and ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Prepare, review, and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution with relevant teams.
- Assist in checking the readiness of servers, cloud environments, and networks for software deployment.
- Support system implementation, handover, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in software development, system analysis, software implementation, or technical project coordination.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of source code, database structures, SQL, and API integration.
- Basic understanding of servers, cloud environments, and network infrastructure.
- Experience working with external software vendors is an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Good command of English for technical documentation and communication is an advantage.
- Able to travel to and work at other company branches as assigned.
- Able to travel to and work at other company branches as assigned.
- Able to work overtime when required by business needs.
- Flexible and willing to support operational needs and resolve issues when necessary.
- Experience in software testing and system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and database management systems.
