Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and quality assurance standards
  • Building automated regression coverage for critical business and clinical workflows
  • Validating quality, performance, reliability, and operational readiness before production deployment
  • Defining release readiness gates within the internal solution governance process
  • Validating AI-enabled solutions including prompt testing, output consistency, and governance control verification
  • Providing quality and testing assessments into Architecture Review and IT Review
  • Working with development teams to improve testing practice and reduce production defects
  • Contributing quality evidence to post deployment validation reviews

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA), Test Automation, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and test strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
  • Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), release management, and quality governance processes.
  • Experience in validating AI-enabled solutions, including prompt testing, output consistency testing, model validation, and AI governance controls, is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams, architects, business users, and project managers.
  • Experience in healthcare, hospital information systems, or highly regulated industries is an advantage.
