Responsibilities
ธุรกิจ : บริษัทชั้นนำในการผลิตส่วนประกอบอาหาร
สถานที่ทำงาน : อ.บำเหน็จณรงค์ จ.ชัยภูมิ
เงินเดือน : 60,000 - 80,000 บาท (ขึ้นกับประสบการณ์ทำงาน)
วันทำงาน : จันทร์ - ศุกร์
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ :
- วางแผนผลิต และควบคุมการผลิตให้ได้ตามแผนที่ตั้ง
- ติดตามข้อมูลการผลิต คุณภาพ ,% Yield ,Loss และ consumption เคมี
- วิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุที่ทำให้ คุณภาพและ Yield ไม่ได้ รวมถึงติดตามปัญหาที่เกิดในการผลิต และหาแนวทางแก้ไขป้องกัน
- วิเคราะห์ต้นทุนการผลิตประจำเดือน และหาสาเหตุพร้อมแนวทางปรับปรุงแก้ไข
- ดูแลและทำรายงานสรุปการใช้สารเคมีควบคุม เพื่อส่งต่อส่วนงานราชการ
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูล Daily Report & SAP และทำ STD BOM ใน SAP
- วางแผน และนำเสนอแผน Load Reprocess พร้อมติดตามผลการดำเนินการให้ได้ตามเป้หมายพร้อมสรุปข้อมูล
- ควบคุมดูแล สอนงานผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและพัฒนาทีมงานให้มีทักษะ ความรู้ในการทำงาน ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ เพื่อให้งานได้ตามเป้าหมาย
- ดูแลกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามมาตนฐาน ตามระบบคุณภาพต่างๆ ISO ,Safety , GMP และ FOOD Safety
- ดูระบบคุณภาพ ติดตามสรุป Target แผนก ,ตอบ Complain และรับลุกค้า
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 40 ปี ขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี-ปริญญาโท สาขาวิศวกรรมอาหาร เทคโนโลยีอาหาร เคมี วิศวกรรมเคมี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารการผลิตในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร หรืออุตสาหกรรมเกษตร อย่างน้อย 15 ปี
