Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production activities to align with customer orders and demand
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and capacity
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans in response to changing situations
- Analyze production data to identify issues and propose efficiency improvements
- Prepare reports summarizing production plans and operational performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in production planning
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Previous experience in a relevant industry is a plus.
