Improvement Engineer - บริษัท ฟูจิคูระ คอนเนค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Improvement Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, or Assembly Process (preferred).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English at a moderate level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SolidWorks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
