Responsibilities
1) Control and manage various management systems (ISO Standards) to align with the organization's goals.
2) Communicate, coordinate, and ensure clear understanding of procedures and operations related to various management systems within the team.
3) Handle complaints related to non-compliance with management system standards, including coordinating with departments to analyze root causes, implement corrective actions, and establish preventive measures.
4) Monitor and follow up on Internal Audits, Supplier Audits, and Outsource Audits to identify deficiencies and continuously improve processes.
5) Prepare audit reports.
6) Continuously improve and develop control systems to correct and prevent non-conformities within the organization.
7) Organize promotional activities and communicate ISO Standard information to all employees to ensure awareness and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of professional experience in the implementation and management of ISO standard systems.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in speaking, reading, and writing at a functional level.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a positive, professional attitude toward work.
