Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement computer systems and software applications to improve operational efficiency.
Maintain, modify, and enhance existing computer programs to ensure reliable and error-free operation.
Install and configure software applications for end users.
Provide user training and technical guidance on software applications and computer systems.
Research and evaluate new software technologies, and apply or transfer knowledge to improve business operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve software and basic computer system issues.
Complete assigned projects and tasks accurately and within the required timeline.
Support the implementation of management systems and other IT-related initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
1) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2) At least 1 year of experience in software development or programming.
3) Experience in ERP system development or support will be an advantage.
4) Knowledge of programming languages, database management, and software development principles.
5) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6) Good communication and teamwork skills.
7) Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
