Responsibilities
- จัดทำ ตรวจสอบ และเตรียมเอกสาร เช่น Invoice, Bill of Lading, เอกสารศุลกากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับฝ่าย Operation, ฝ่ายขาย, ลูกค้า, สายเรือ, Freight Forwarder และตัวแทนที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้เอกสารถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลสินค้า ปริมาณ น้ำหนัก ปลายทาง และเงื่อนไขการส่งออกตามที่ได้รับแจ้ง
- แก้ไขเอกสารตามคำขอของลูกค้า หรือสายเรือ และติดตามการยืนยันเอกสาร
- จัดเก็บเอกสารทั้งในรูปแบบไฟล์และเอกสารต้นฉบับให้เป็นระบบ
- สนับสนุนงานเอกสารอื่น ๆ ภายในแผนกตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านบัญชีและการเงิน
- เข้าใจขั้นตอนการวางบิลและการออกใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoicing Process)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานเอกสารส่งออก หรือ Operation Export จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม MS Office ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
