Treasury & Trade Finance - บริษัท อิตาเลเซีย เทรดดิ้ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

·       จัดทำและติดตามกระแสเงินสดประจำวัน (Daily Cash Flow) รวมถึงประมาณการเงินสดรับ–จ่าย

·       ตรวจสอบยอดเงินคงเหลือในบัญชีธนาคาร และวางแผนสภาพคล่องให้เพียงพอต่อการดำเนินงาน

·       จัดเตรียมข้อมูลและแผนการชำระเงินตามกำหนด พร้อมจัดลำดับความสำคัญของรายการจ่าย

·       จัดทำ Bank Reconciliation และติดตามรายการค้างหรือรายการที่ต้องตรวจสอบกับธนาคาร

·       จัดทำรายงานด้าน Treasury และ Cash Position เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารสภาพคล่องของบริษัท

·       ดูแลธุรกรรม Trade Finance สำหรับการนำเข้าสินค้า เช่น LC, TR และ TT

·       จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบเอกสารสำหรับการเปิด LC, การใช้วงเงิน TR และการชำระเงินต่างประเทศ

·       ติดตามวันครบกำหนดของ LC/TR และวางแผนการชำระคืนให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด

·       ตรวจสอบและติดตามวงเงินสินเชื่อธนาคาร (Bank Facilities) รวมถึง Available Credit Line

·       ประสานงานกับธนาคารเกี่ยวกับวงเงินสินเชื่อ เอกสาร Trade Finance และธุรกรรมทางการเงินต่าง ๆ

·       จัดเก็บและควบคุมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Bank Facilities และ Trade Finance ให้ครบถ้วน

·       ติดตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนสำหรับการชำระเงินต่างประเทศ

·       จัดเตรียมข้อมูลสำหรับการทำ FX Forward / Hedging ตามนโยบายของบริษัท

·       ติดตาม Forward Contract และวันครบกำหนด พร้อมจัดทำข้อมูล Exposure ของสกุลเงินต่างประเทศ

·       ประสานงานกับธนาคารในการ Quote Rate และดำเนินธุรกรรม FX ตามที่ได้รับอนุมัติ

·       ตรวจสอบ Payment Schedule และเอกสารประกอบการชำระเงินให้ Supplier ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ

·       ดำเนินการชำระเงินผ่านระบบธนาคารตามขั้นตอนและ Approval Matrix ของบริษัท

·       จัดทำและจัดส่ง Bank Remittance / Payment Confirmation ให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

·       ติดตามสถานะการชำระเงิน รวมถึงประสานงานกรณีมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับยอดเงิน Invoice, Credit Note หรือยอดคงค้าง

·       ประสานงานกับฝ่าย Accounting, AP, Import, Purchasing และ Supplier เพื่อให้การชำระเงินถูกต้องและตรงตามกำหนด

·       จัดทำรายงาน Daily Cash Position, Cash Flow Forecast, Bank Facility Utilization, LC/TR Outstanding และ FX Exposure

·       ตรวจสอบค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคาร ดอกเบี้ย และต้นทุนทางการเงิน

·       สนับสนุนการควบคุมต้นทุนทางการเงินและการใช้วงเงินธนาคารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

·       ดูแลเอกสารและข้อมูลให้เป็นไปตาม Internal Control, Audit และนโยบายของบริษัท

·       สนับสนุน CFO และทีม Finance ในงาน Treasury และงานวิเคราะห์ทางการเงินอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

·      -  ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน บัญชี บริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

·       - มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Treasury / Trade Finance / Banking / Cash Management ประมาณ 2–5 ปี

·      - หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจนำเข้า–จัดจำหน่าย (Import & Distribution) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

·       - มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ LC, TR, TT, Bank Facilities และ Foreign Exchange

·     -   มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ FX Forward หรือการบริหารความเสี่ยงอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนจะเป็นประโยชน์

·       - สามารถใช้ Excel ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะการจัดทำ Cash Flow, Payment Schedule และ Financial Reports

·       - สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการอ่านเอกสาร ติดต่อธนาคาร และสื่อสารกับ Supplier ต่างประเทศได้

·       - มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถตรวจสอบตัวเลขและเอกสารทางการเงินได้อย่างถูกต้อง

·       - สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานและทำงานภายใต้ Deadline ได้ดี

·       - มีทักษะในการประสานงานกับธนาคาร Supplier และหน่วยงานภายในองค์กร
