Support the planning and execution of agent engagement initiatives, including events and campaigns such as FairDee Rising Star, FairDee Awards, CSR activities, local dinners and community events, and other tactical initiatives and special projects

Manage the day-to-day operations of the FairDee Shop as a revenue-generating initiative

Coordinate product sourcing and work with vendors to ensure product availability and quality

Monitor pricing, stock levels, and inventory movement

Track sales performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and agent participation

Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other teams to ensure projects are delivered on time

Follow up on action items and maintain project timelines

Prepare reports, presentations, and updates related to ongoing initiatives

Gather feedback from agents through various channels and analyze insights to recommend improvements

Support the implementation of new ideas and process enhancements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields

0-3 years of work experience in project coordination, marketing, business development, operations, event management, community management, or related areas

Fresh graduates with strong extracurricular activities, internship experience, or demonstrated leadership are welcome to apply

Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors

Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides

Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks

Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
