Responsibilities
Job Description
- Assist the Chief Engineer in establishing and implementing the project quality management system for bridge construction works.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures, inspection plans, and quality control processes.
- Manage quality inspections, testing activities, surveying coordination, and non-conformance control.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support quality audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Civil Engineering, Bridge Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management and construction of road, bridge, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in at least one bridge construction project.
- Familiar with bridge construction quality management systems, quality control procedures, and inspection/testing workflows.
- Experience in overwater bridges, cable-stayed bridges, segmental girder bridges, or similar large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality control, surveying coordination, and testing management.
- Proficient in Thai communication (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Good command of English in communication, reading, and writing.
- Ability to communicate in basic Chinese is an advantage.
