We're looking for an experienced Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of AI solutions for enterprise customers.

You'll work closely with customers, technology partners, and internal engineering teams to translate complex business and technical requirements into production-ready AI solutions — from discovery and Proof of Concepts (PoC) to integration, deployment, and adoption.

This role suits someone who thrives at the intersection of software engineering, AI, solution architecture, and customer engagement, and enjoys taking ownership of real-world outcomes rather than only building prototypes.

• Engage directly with customers to understand business challenges, technical requirements, existing systems, security constraints, and success criteria

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures spanning Generative AI, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud or hybrid environments

• Build and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoC), prototypes, and production-ready AI applications to validate business and technical value

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, databases, internal applications, identity providers, APIs, and cloud services

• Lead technical deployment activities from discovery through pilot, integration, production rollout, and user adoption

• Design solutions with production requirements in mind, including security, scalability, reliability, monitoring, observability, performance, and cost management

• Work closely with customer IT, development, security, and business teams to identify technical blockers and drive projects to successful completion

• Collaborate with technology partners and internal product/engineering teams to build reusable solution components and delivery best practices

• Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, demonstrations, and solution presentations for customers and stakeholders

• Support enterprise AI adoption initiatives, including developer productivity, AI-assisted software development, workflow automation, and internal AI applications

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards, reference architectures, and reusable deployment patterns

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• At least 4–7 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Solution Architecture

• Strong software engineering skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go, or similar programming languages

• Strong understanding of backend development, REST APIs, databases, authentication/authorization, Git, and system integration

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies such as LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, tool/function calling, AI Agents, or AI workflow orchestration

• Experience with Linux, Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, networking, and production deployment

• Good understanding of enterprise security concepts including authentication, RBAC, secrets management, API security, data privacy, and audit logging

• Ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into clear technical architectures and implementation plans

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues across software, infrastructure, networking, and integration layers

• Strong customer-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Good communication skills in both Thai and English

• Experience with enterprise developer tools, GitHub/GitLab, DevSecOps, Application Security, or AI coding tools is a strong plus

• Experience working with enterprise customers in manufacturing, banking, or other regulated industries is a strong plus

• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects in fast-changing environments.
