Mechanical Engineer - บีไอจี (บางกอกอินดัสเทรียลแก๊ส)

• Support reliability improvement initiatives for rotating and static equipment through maintenance data analysis, field findings, and execution feedback.

• PM compliance analytics, overdue WO analysis, maintenance backlog review, repeat failure tracking, PM/CM ratio reporting, and improvement action tracking.

• Identify bad actor equipment from PM findings, CM history, downtime records, and operator feedback, and coordinate corrective action implementation with relevant stakeholders.

• Support cross-plant collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best-practice exchange activities.

• Monitor and control maintenance expenses within budget while ensuring safe and reliable plant operations.

• Build and develop the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of the team

• Monitor maintenance effectiveness, PM compliance, equipment reliability trends, and maintenance KPIs through SAP PM and maintenance analytics.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, and maintenance standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, or machinery engineering in industrial plants.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, work execution, P&ID symbols, equipment inspection, and SAP PM/CMMS utilization.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes
• Hands-on experience and good knowledge of engineering methodologies such as MOC, HAZOP, FMEA, and RCA.
• Hands-on experience in analytical skills and practical experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Planning and organization: Ability to plan and schedule maintenance activities, allocate resources effectively, and prioritize tasks.
