Responsibilities
- Review RPA request and process all types of payments to comply with policies, company rule.
- Process daily payments (AP)
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment-related issues timely and efficiently.
- Support processing of supplier invoices
- Request for payment letter. Experience with the SAP system will be an advantage.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) report and accounts receivable (AR) report
- Prepare and file withholding tax, VAT and related Tax on timely basic.
- Other tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- 1-2 years working experience in accounting or finance.
- Good computer literacy.
- Experience in cost of sales record.
- Good understand of required of VAT / Withholding TAX / Issuance of TAX Invoice / Receipt / Revenue code.
- Experience in ERP (SAP or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication in English. (TOEIC Score 500 will be an advantage)
