Responsibilities
- To handle lot in production line at FOL and EOL UTL3 area.
- Leads a working team composed of Technician and Operators for Manufacturing.
- To work as job assignment.
- To control and monitor output.
- To control lot ship out per cycle time.
- Identify and implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
- Support engineering evaluation and improvement project.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
At least 2-5 years’ experience as Manufacturing Supervisor for the electronics industry or team leader in the manufacturing industry
Supervise and line management skill
Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
English skill (reading, listening, speaking and writing)
Good communication skill
Able to work in Shift rotation
Able to work at Chachoengsao province (Wellgrow industry plant)
