Responsibilities
- Prepare tax compliance and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to English language standards.
- Conduct research on Canadian and American tax laws, along with other international legal issues.
- Perform online corporate searches within Canadian or U.S. corporate registry systems.
- Manage client-related tasks, including the preparation of correspondence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Law.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (TOEIC score of 800+ is a plus).
- New graduates are welcome.
- Strong interest in learning Canadian and US tax law.
- Proficiency in analytical, drafting, and research skills.
- Strong organizational skills, dependability, and attention to accuracy.
- Articulate and professional written communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Adaptability and flexibility in work approach.
- Willingness to work from 06:00 to 15:00.
- Commitment to a long-term position.
- Experience with Canadian and US tax law is not required.
